The SBI PO Recruitment 2025 selection process will be conducted in three phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
English Language: 30 Qs – 20 mins
Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Qs – 20 mins
Reasoning Ability: 35 Qs – 20 mins
Total: 100 Marks | Duration: 1 hour
Phase-II: Main Examination
Objective Test: 200 marks

Descriptive Test: 50 Marks (Essay + Letter)

📜 SBI PO Salary & Job Profile
Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- (with 4 advance increments)
Gross CTC: Approx ₹20.43 LPA (Mumbai)
Includes HRA, DA, CCA, PF, NPS, LFC, Medical, etc.
Selected candidates will serve a 2-year probation period and must sign a bond of ₹2 lakhs to serve the Bank for at least 3 years.
